North Dakota Energy Tour

The North Dakota Petroleum Council and Lignite Energy Council have teamed up to give college professors a glimpse of the state's energy production. Twenty college professors will be taken on a two day tour on August 3-4, 2016. For more information about the tour or to register, click here.

Denver Social

A free member social is held each year in Denver, CO. No registration is required, but you must be an NDPC member to attend. This is one of the best networking events of the year! Based upon current economic factors, the North Dakota Petroleum Council has decided to cancel the 2016 Denver Social that was set to take place on March 9, 2016 at the Brown Palace in Denver, CO.  The next Denver Social will tentatively take place in June of 2017.  More details will follow as we get closer to the date, but we hope to see you at some of our other events this year to network with other members.  We are sorry for any inconveniences this may have caused you.

ND Oil PAC Golf and Sporting Clay Events

Each year the North Dakota Oil PAC hosts two golf tournaments and a sporting clay shoot. These events are open to the public, and are a fundraiser for the North Dakota Oil PAC (Political Action Committee). For that reason, only personal funds can be used to participate in these events. These events are a great chance to network and have a little fun while you're at it. The 2016 schedule is as follows:

  • May 19 - Sporting Clay Shoot at Capitol City Sporting Clays in Bismarck, ND
  • August 25 - Golf Tournament at Bully Pulpit Golf Course in Medora, ND

Registration for these events will open roughly one month before the event. For more information, contact Alexis at abrinkman@ndoil.org.

Oil Can! Fishing Tournament

NDPC hosts a fishing tournament during the week of CookFest each year. In 2016, the tournament will be on July 20 at the Four Bears Marina in New Town, ND. This tournament is a fundraiser for conservation and wildlife projects through the Sporting and Industry Forum. For more information, contact Tessa at tsandstrom@ndoil.org.
